Callback Tasks¶

The Callback Tasks Grid function display per-Task summary of the callback tasks.

Columns¶

Agent Name - Name of the Agent who handles the callback.
Callback Number - Number of the caller who wants the callback.
Connected Time - Time stamp when the callback was connected.
Duration Until Connected - Duration how long it took to successfully handle callback.
Origin - Origin of callback.
Queue Name - Name of the Queue in which was callback requested.
Request Time - Time stamp when the callback was requested.
Retry Count - Count of the attempts to connect callback.
Status - Status of the callback.
Task Id - The Id of the Task.
Type - Type of the callback.
