Incident¶
Displays task details from the incident table.
All data for this function is collected using ServiceNow Aggregate API. In case the Aggregate API is disabled, ServiceNow Table API is used.
Columns¶
Assigned Group - The name of the assignment group, the incident was assigned to.
Assigned To - The name of the agent, the incident was assigned to.
Closed - The time of when the incident was closed.
Description - The description of the incident.
Opened - The time of when the incident was opened.
Sys Id - The ID of the incident.
Updated - The time of when the incident was last updated.
Updated Diff - The time since when the incident was last updated.
Formula:
DateTimeNow - UpdatedUpdated For Longest Waiting - The time of when the incident was last updated (represented as TimeSpan).
Calculation Parameters¶
The Grid function has these optional parameters:
Assigned Group - Assignment Group calculation parameter value.
Time Period - Time period for calculating data. Default setting is Today. Available values are - “LastXDays”, “Period Time”, “Today”.
Time Period Count - Number of time periods that will be calculated (applies to Time Period parameter - Period Time).
Time Period Interval - Specifies the size of a time period (applies to Time Period parameter - Period Time). Available values are - ‘Week’, ‘Month’ and ‘Year’.
Time Period Offset - Offset for a time period (applies to Time Period parameter - Period Time). - If it is set to 0, it starts to calculate actual week, month or year. - If it set to 1 or more, it starts to calculate from previous X week(s), month(s) or year(s) back.
Time Period Shift - Number of last X days (applies to Time Period parameter - Last X Days).
