3.2.1. Agent Messages¶

Displays unread agent messages in a tabular format.

3.2.1.1. Columns¶

Agent Alias – The alias of the agent.
Agent Id – The ID of the agent.
Agent Name – The name of the agent.

Contains values of Agent Name type.
Arrival Time – The time at which the message arrived (in agent’s time zone).
Dispatch – Whether or not the message is a dispatch message.
Message Id – The ID of the message.
Message Type – The datatype of the message.
Priority – The priority of the message.
Secure – Whether or not the message is secure.
Sensitivity – The sensitivity of the message (whether it is private or not).
Waiting Time – The time the message spent unread.

Date Time Now - Arrival Time

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

Agents – Allows you to select from a list of Agents. A single message can be displayed multiple times if it has been assigned to a group of agents. The number of messages depends on the number of agents in the group.
