3.2.2. Distribution List Messages

Displays unread messages in distribution lists in a tabular format. The message will disappear from the grid when is red by every member of the distribution list.

3.2.2.1. Columns

  • Arrival Time – The time at which the message arrived.

  • Dispatch – Whether or not the message is a dispatch message.

  • Distribution List Alias – The alias of the distribution list.

  • Distribution List Id – The ID of the distribution list.

  • Distribution List Name – The name of the distribution list.

    Contains values of Distribution List Name type.

  • Message Id – The ID of the message.

  • Message Type – The datatype of the message.

  • Priority – The priority of the message.

  • Secure – Whether or not the message is secure. If the distribution list name reads ‘secure’, it means the message was sent as a secret and its Secure parameter was set to true.

  • Sensitivity – The sensitivity of the message (whether it is private or not).

  • Waiting Time – The time the message spent unread.

    Formula:

    Date Time Now - Arrival Time

3.2.2.2. Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

  • Distribution Lists – Allows you to select from a list of Distribution List aliases. A message in a distribution list is considered read when at least one agent read it. Should there be a number displayed in the DistributionListName column, it could mean that it is a call handler. Please verify whether the number matches a distribution list or not and If it does not, contact your administrator
