2.1. Installation Prerequisites

For the correct installation, all the prerequisites below have to be installed in the environment:

• 2Ring DW 9.2.x (see DW Deployment Guide)

• Unity API user

• .NET 8 (Download the latest LTS version of .NET at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download)

2.1.1. Unity API User Configuration

Unity API user can be any imported or local user with the following roles:

• Mailbox Access Delegate Account

• Technician

To add those roles to an existing user, follow these steps:

• Login to Unity Administration page as an administrator

• Navigate to Users -> Users on the left

• Select a user to whom you want to add the roles

• Navigate to Edit -> Roles submenu

• Assign the roles mentioned above

• Click Save
