2Ring Cloud Status Page

The 2Ring Cloud Status Page provides real-time operational updates for 2Ring cloud services across all supported regions, as well as the status of key third-party data sources.

Check this page to determine if a service outage originates from the 2Ring Infrastructure or a partner data source. You can also find information regarding ongoing or scheduled maintenance here.

If you experience unexpected behavior in the Administration Tool or Layout Viewer & Editor, verify the service status on the 2Ring Cloud Status Page before opening a support request.

Regional Service Status

The Status Page displays service health per region, including:

  • US Region

  • Canada Region

  • UK Region

  • EMEA Region

  • Australia Region

Each region shows:

  • Overall status (for example: All Systems Operational)

  • Planned maintenance information

  • Detailed service breakdown

Service Categories

Within each region, services are grouped into categories:

Dashboards and Wallboards Services

This section includes core 2Ring services such as:

  • Logging (Keycloak)

  • Layout Viewer

  • Layout Editor

  • Admin Tool

  • Database

  • Infrastructure (Azure)

Each service displays its current health status (for example: Status OK).

Connectors and Platforms

This section shows the API status of integrated platforms, such as:

  • Webex CC

  • Five9

  • Genesys Cloud

  • Amazon Connect

  • NICE CXone

  • Zoom

  • Salesforce

  • ServiceNow

The current API availability is displayed for each platform.

Planned Maintenance and Incidents

The Status Page provides:

  • Information about planned maintenance windows

  • Real-time updates about ongoing incidents

  • Historical visibility of resolved incidents

If a disruption is reported, follow the updates published on the Status Page for further information and estimated resolution time.
