Agent Tasks Daily

The Agent Tasks Daily report is a paginated report designed for detailed, tabular analysis of agent task activity within a selected date range.

Unlike Interactive Reports, this paginated report is optimized for:

  • Precise row-level data

  • Printing and exporting (PDF, Excel)

  • Large datasets spanning multiple pages

The report is intended mainly for operational analysis, audits, and detailed agent performance reviews.

Report Parameters

At the top of the report, the following parameters are available:

  • Date From / Date To Defines the reporting period for displayed tasks.

  • Agent Allows selection of one or multiple agents whose tasks will be included in the report.

After setting the parameters, the report content is refreshed using the View report action.

Table View

The main content of the report is a paginated table listing individual agent tasks.

Each row represents a single task and includes the following information:

  • Agent

  • Channel

  • Queue

  • Start Timestamp

  • Duration

  • Direction (inbound / outbound)

  • Termination Type (e.g. normal, sudden_disconnect)

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Address

The table supports:

  • Automatic pagination across multiple pages

  • Consistent column layout suitable for export

  • High row counts without performance degradation

Usage Notes

This paginated report differs from Interactive Reports in several ways:

  • The filter and parameter layout is fixed and report-driven

  • There are no interactive visuals

  • Data is presented strictly in a structured, printable format

The Agent Tasks Daily report is best suited for:

  • Daily operational reviews

  • Agent activity audits

  • Data exports for external analysis

  • Compliance and historical reporting
