Installation Prerequisites¶
Supervisor API User¶
The Supervisor API User needs to have the Supervisor role assigned with at least the following permissions:
User can access Supervisor application
User can view text data
User can view all skills data
User can view all agent groups data
Reporting API User¶
The Reporting API User needs to have the Administrator and Reporting roles assigned with at least the following permissions:
Administrator
User can use Administrator Services
Limited Permissions
User can manage users, except administrator users
Users and user profiles
User can edit IVR scripts
User can edit connectors
User can edit prompts
User can edit call variables
Reporting
No permission required
