Installation Prerequisites

Before proceeding with the installation, all the prerequisites below have to be installed on the server:

Rest API Access

The connector retrieves data using your Rest API. The connector supports various authentication methods including Basic Authentication and OAuth 2.0. For specific authentication requirements or if you need support for additional authentication methods, please reach out to 2Ring via support contacts listed on the 2Ring website at https://www.2Ring.com/contact. The Rest API access that will be used to make these requests must have the appropriate access roles.

Access permissions

Ensure the user credentials you provide have sufficient permissions to access all API endpoints from which you intend to collect data.
