Callback Tasks¶

The Callback Tasks Grid function display per-Task summary of the callback tasks.

Columns¶

Agent Name – Name of the Agent who handles the callback.
Callback Number – Number of the caller who wants the callback.
Connected Time – Time stamp when the callback was connected.
Duration Until Connected – Duration how long it took to successfully handle callback.
Origin – Origin of callback.
Queue Name – Name of the Queue in which was callback requested.
Request Time – Time stamp when the callback was requested.
Retry Count – Count of the attempts to connect callback.
Status – Status of the callback.
Task Id – The Id of the Task.
Type – Type of the callback.
