Diag - Agent License Sampling

Displays the time that agent has spent logged in for each period.

Columns

• Agent Id – The id of the agent.

• Interval End – Time of the interval end.

• Interval Reverse Order – Number of order reversed. (from highest to lowest)

• Interval Start – Time of the interval start.

• Total Login Time – The time spent by the agent logged in during the interval.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

• Agents – Allows you to select from a list of Agent names.
