Wrapup Code Statistics

Displays aggregated Wrapup Code statistics for the current day in a tabular format.

Columns

• Total – The total number of tasks.

• Wrapup Code ID – The ID of the Wrapup Code.

• Wrapup Code Name – The name of the Wrapup Code.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

• Channel Type – Allows you to select from a list of Channel Types.

• Queues – Allows you to select from a list of Queue names.

• Wrapup Codes – Allows you to select from a list of Wrapup Codes.
