Installation Prerequisites

For the correct installation, all the prerequisites below have to be installed in the environment:

• 2Ring DW 2508.x

• Microsoft SQL Server (required for connector Windows service installation) Supported versions are:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2016

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2017

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2019

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2022

• .NET 9.0

• UCCE v12.5 or higher

• The UCCE central controller time must be correctly synchronized with corresponding time zone.
