Five9

This chapter defines how to configure and manage the Five9 connection type in DW. The following sections describe settings and authentication required for successful integration.

Settings

When creating a Five9 Connection, configure the following settings:

  • API URL
    The base URL for the Five9 API.

    If you change the API URL, any active session for this connection will be terminated and you will be logged out.

Authentication

After the Settings are correctly configured and saved, the connection can be authenticated by clicking the SIGN IN button.

Provide the required credentials in the authentication dialog and click SIGN IN. The connection will be authenticated and the dialog will close.

Once authenticated, the SIGN OUT button becomes available, and the Identity property becomes visible, indicating which user is signed into this connection along with the expiration date of the authentication:
