Connectors

Connector is responsible for collection and processing of data from source systems.

Connectors panel is available only to Tenant Administrators.

  • Name
    Read-only
    The name of the Connector instance.

  • Product Name
    Read-only
    The name of connector type.

  • Product Version
    Read-only
    The version of the Connector instance.

  • Time zone
    Read-only
    This setting lets user set a time zone, which is necessary for the proper functioning of some connectors.

  • Mode
    Read-only
    The mode of the Connector. It can be either Local or Remote.

  • Enable Remote Connector IP Filtering
    Read-only
    Available only if “Remote” mode is selected
    If enabled, the Connector will only accept requests from whitelisted IP addresses. Use IP Filtering only when the Connector is running in Remote mode.
