Campaign State

Displays the current state of all campaigns. If a Derived column for a statistic is not specified, then it is false by default.

Columns

• Abandon Rate – The current number of abandoned calls in relation to the sum of total abandoned calls and live connect calls in the current campaign.

• Campaign Id – The ID of the campaign.

• Campaign Name – The name of the campaign.

• Current Action – Campaign controls.

• Mode – The current Mode of the campaign.

• Priority – The priority of the current campaign.

• Profile Id – The ID of the profile.

• Ratio – The ratio number for current campaigns.

• State – The state of current campaigns.

• State Duration – The time duration of state for current campaigns.

• State Since – The time since which endures the state of the campaign.

• Campaign States – Allows you to select from a list of Campaign states.

• Campaigns – Allows you to select from a list of Campaigns.
