Outbound Campaign Manager

Displays the reporting summary data for every outbound campaign manager. If a Derived column for a statistic is not specified, then it is false by default.

Columns

  • Abandoned – The total number of abandoned calls in relation to the sum of total abandoned calls and live connect calls.

  • Agents Ready – The number of agents waiting for a call.

  • Attempts – The number of dialing attempts.

  • Available – The number of records available for dialing.

  • Avg Calls To Agent – The average call-to-agent ratio.

  • Avg Calls To Agent Target – The target call-to-agent ratio.

  • Campaign Id – The ID of the outbound campaign manager.

  • Campaign Name – The name of the outbound campaign manager.

  • Contacted – The number of calls assigned to an agent.

  • Dialed ASAP – The number of records that were dialed with a Dial ASAP request, using APIs or Web2Campaign.

  • Dialed List Cycle – The number of records that were dialed without a timer.

  • Dispositioned – The number of dispositioned calls in the outbound campaign manager.

  • No Party Contact – The number of records given one these dispositions - Answering Machine, Busy, No Answer, or Operator Intercept. Percentage from total number of records dialed shown in parentheses.

  • Redialed Timer – The number of records with a redial timer that were dialed from the Redial queue.

  • Skipped In Preview – The number of records that were skipped preview. Only applicable to campaigns running in Preview Dialing mode.

  • State – The state of the campaign - Running / Not Running (useful if Show Sleeping Campaigns in Outbound Campaign Manager option is enabled in Preferences.

  • Total Records – The total number of records in the campaign, including all lists.

  • Unreachable – The number currently unreachable records.
