Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:

• Queue - Allows you to select from a list of Queue names.

• User - Allows you to select from a list of Agents.

Agent Info - Department

The department that a user belongs to.
Passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: User, Queue

Agent Info - Division

The division that a user belongs to.
