Campaign Stats (CS_P)

CS_P

Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:

  • Campaign - Allows you to select from a list of Campaigns.

  • Queue - Allows you to select from a list of Queue names.

Campaign Stats - Contact Rate Attempts Count

Number of call attempts made.
Passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue

Campaign Stats - Contact Rate Connects Count

Number of calls in which a live voice was detected.
Passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue

Campaign Stats - Effective Idle Agents Count

Number of effective available agents that are not being utilized currently.
Passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue

Campaign Stats - Idle Agents Count

Number of agents who are on queue and are available to take interactions, but are not working with any interactions.
Passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue

Campaign Stats - Outstanding Calls Count

Number of currently ongoing campaign calls.
Passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue

Campaign Stats - Scheduled Calls Count

Number of currently scheduled campaign calls.
Passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
