Recipients

• Enabled
  Sending associated message to selected recipient can be disabled here.

• Title
  Title of the recipient.

• Send To
  Required
  Recipient identification. What can recipient be is specific to each notification channel type.

• Active Hours
  Active hours of the recipient. It defines when the recipient is active and can receive notifications. If the recipient is not active, the notification will not be sent.

  • Mode
    Defines how the active hours are defined.

    • Always - Recipient is always active.

    • Custom - Recipient is active only during custom defined hours (ranges).

  • Time Zone
    Inheritable
    Available only when Custom mode is selected
    Time zone of the active hours. It defines the time zone in which the active hours are defined.

  • Ranges
    Available only when Custom mode is selected
