Campaign Diagnostics Passive
Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:
Campaign – Allows you to select from a list of Campaigns.
Queue – Allows you to select from a list of Queue names.
Active Users In Queue Count¶
Number of users that are active in the queue.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
Parameters: Campaign, Queue
Outstanding Interactions Count¶
Number of currently ongoing interactions.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
Parameters: Campaign, Queue
Scheduled Interactions Count¶
Number of currently scheduled interactions.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
Parameters: Campaign, Queue
Users In Queue Count¶
Number of users that are in the queue.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
Parameters: Campaign, Queue
Users Not Utilized Count¶
Number of users in the queue that are currently not engaged.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
Parameters: Campaign, Queue
Users On A Campaign Call Count¶
Number of users currently engaged in a campaign call.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Users On A Non Campaign Call Count¶
Number of users currently engaged in communication that is not part of the campaign.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Users On Different Edge Group Count¶
Number of users whose station is homed to an edge that is different from the campaign.
Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Number of users with the status of On Queue.
