Flow Aggregates Active
Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:
WrapUp Code – Allows you to select from list of available flows.
Media Type – Allows you to select from a list of Media Types.
Queue – Allows you to select from a list of Queue names.
Flow Count¶
Number of communications that entered a flow.
Actively updated with notifications.
Parameters: WrapUp Code, Queue, Media Type
Flow Disconnect Count¶
Number of times an entry spent time in a flow until it was disconnected.

Flow Disconnect Max¶
Longest amount of time that an entry spent in the flow before disconnecting.

Shortest amount of time that an entry spent in the flow before disconnecting.

Total amount of time spent in a flow for communications that were abandoned.

Flow Exit Count¶
Total number of times an entry was in a flow until it exited the flow to another destination, such as an ACD queue, ACD voicemail, or a user.

Longest amount of time that an entry spent in the flow before exiting.
