Campaign Statistics Passive

Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:

  • Campaign – Allows you to select from a list of Campaigns.

  • Queue – Allows you to select from a list of Queue names.


Contact Rate Attempts Count

Number of call attempts made.

Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue


Contact Rate Connects Count

Number of calls in which a live voice was detected.

Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue


Effective Idle Agents Count

Number of effective available agents that are not being utilized currently.

Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue


Idle Agents Count

Number of agents who are on queue and are available to take interactions, but are not working with any interactions.

Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue


Outstanding Calls Count

Number of currently ongoing campaign calls.

Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).

Parameters: Campaign, Queue


Scheduled Calls Count

Number of currently scheduled campaign calls.

Passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
