Agent Info - passively (P) updated (produces more API requests for your organization)

This grid only supports the REALTIME interval.

Columns

  • Department - The department that a user belongs to.

    If the Department and Division are supposed to be displayed in the context of agent states, they must be joined with the AgentState_Active grid. It’s recommended to change the refresh interval of the AgentInfo_Passive grid to a large value, since these values rarely change and consume API requests unnecessarily.

  • Division - The division that a user belongs to.

  • User ID - The unique identifier of the user.

  • User Name - The name of a user.
