Campaign Progress (A)

Campaign Progress - actively (A) updated with notifications.

This grid only supports the REALTIME interval.

Columns

• Campaign ID - An ID assigned to a campaign.

• Campaign Name - A name of the campaign.

• Contacts Processed Percent - Percentage of contacts processed during the campaign.

• Number of Contacts Called Count - Number of contacts called during the campaign.

• Total Number of Contacts Count - Total number of contacts in the campaign.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

• Campaign - Allows you to select from a list of campaigns.

• Campaign Group - Allows you to select from a list of campaign groups.

• Queue - Allows you to select from a list of queue names.
