Flow Observations By Media Type - actively (A) updated with notifications.

This grid only supports the REALTIME interval.

Columns

• Active Count - Number of currently active flows.

• Flow Id - ID assigned to a flow.

• Flow Name - Name of a flow.

• Media Type - Media type of the contact, such as telephony, email, or chat.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

• Flow - Allows you to select from a list of flow names.

• Flow Group - Allows you to select from a list of flow group names.

• Media Type - Allows you to select from a list of media types.

• Media Type Group - Allows you to select from a list of media type group names.

• Queue - Allows you to select from a list of queue names.
