Campaign Diagnostics Passive¶
Campaign Diagnostics Passive - passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
Columns¶
Active Users in Queue Count – Number of users that are active in the queue.
Campaign ID – ID assigned to a campaign.
Campaign Name – Name of the campaign.
Outstanding Interactions Count – Number of currently ongoing interactions.
Scheduled Interactions Count – Number of currently scheduled interactions.
Users in Queue Count – Number of users that are in the queue.
Users Not Utilized Count – Number of users in the queue that are currently not engaged.
Users on a Campaign Call Count – Number of users currently engaged in a campaign call.
Users on a Non-Campaign Call Count – Number of users currently engaged in communication that is not part of the campaign.
Users on Different Edge Group Count – Number of users whose station is homed to an edge that is different from the campaign.
Users on Queue Count – Number of users with the status of On Queue.
Users on Queue with Station Count – Number of users that have a station and are in the queue.
Calculation Parameters¶
The Grid function has these optional parameters:
Campaign – Allows you to select from a list of campaigns.
Campaign Group – Allows you to select from a list of campaign groups.
Queue – Allows you to select from a list of queue names.
