User Status Aggregates Active¶

User Status Aggregates Active - actively updated with notifications. This grid only supports the HISTORICAL interval for the last 24 hours. Unlike the User Status Aggregates - Passive grid, these metrics are only updated when an agent’s state changes.

Columns¶

Agent Routing Communicating Time Sum – Amount of time an agent spent in the Communicating status.
Agent Routing Idle Time Sum – Amount of time an agent spent in the Idle status.
Agent Routing Interacting Time Sum – Amount of time an agent spent in the Interacting status.
Agent Routing Not Responding Time Sum – Amount of time an agent spent in the Not Responding status.
System Presence Available Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Available status.
System Presence Away Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Away status.
System Presence Break Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Break status.
System Presence Busy Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Busy status.
System Presence Meal Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Meal status.
System Presence Meeting Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Meeting status.
System Presence Offline Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Offline status.
System Presence On Queue Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the On Queue status.
System Presence Training Time Sum – Total amount of time an agent spent in the Training status.
User Id – Agent’s user ID.
User Name – Name of a user.
