Flow Observations Active - actively updated with notifications. This grid only supports the REALTIME interval.

Columns

• Active Count – Number of currently active flows.

• Flow Id – ID assigned to a flow.

• Flow Name – Name of a flow.

• Media Type – Media type of the contact, such as telephony, email, or chat.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

• Flow – Allows you to select from a list of flow names.

• Flow Group – Allows you to select from a list of flow group names.

• Media Type – Allows you to select from a list of media types.

• Media Type Group – Allows you to select from a list of media type group names.

• Queue – Allows you to select from a list of queue names.
