Campaign Progress Active - actively updated with notifications.
Columns¶
Campaign ID – An ID assigned to a campaign.
Campaign Name – A name of the campaign.
Contacts Processed Percent – Percentage of contacts processed during the campaign.
Number of Contacts Called Count – Number of contacts called during the campaign.
Total Number of Contacts Count – Total number of contacts in the campaign.
Calculation Parameters¶
The Grid function has these optional parameters:
Campaign – Allows you to select from a list of campaigns.
Campaign Group – Allows you to select from a list of campaign groups.
Queue – Allows you to select from a list of queue names.
