Campaign Statistics Passive¶
Campaign Stats Passive - passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization).
Columns¶
Campaign ID – ID assigned to a campaign.
Campaign Name – Name of the campaign.
Contact Rate Attempts Count – Number of call attempts made.
Contact Rate Connect Ratio – Ratio of connects to attempts.
Contact Rate Connects Count – Number of calls in which a live voice was detected.
Effective Idle Agents Count – Number of effective available agents that are not being utilized currently.
Idle Agents Count – Number of agents who are on queue and are available to take interactions, but are not working with any interactions.
Outstanding Calls Count – Number of currently ongoing campaign calls.
Scheduled Calls Count – Number of currently scheduled campaign calls.
Calculation Parameters¶
The Grid function has these optional parameters:
Campaign – Allows you to select from a list of campaigns.
Campaign Group – Allows you to select from a list of campaign groups.
Queue – Allows you to select from a list of queue names.
