Campaign Statistics Passive

Campaign Stats Passive - passively updated (produces more API requests for your organization). This grid only supports the REALTIME interval.

Columns

  • Campaign ID – ID assigned to a campaign.

  • Campaign Name – Name of the campaign.

  • Contact Rate Attempts Count – Number of call attempts made.

  • Contact Rate Connect Ratio – Ratio of connects to attempts.

  • Contact Rate Connects Count – Number of calls in which a live voice was detected.

  • Effective Idle Agents Count – Number of effective available agents that are not being utilized currently.

  • Idle Agents Count – Number of agents who are on queue and are available to take interactions, but are not working with any interactions.

  • Outstanding Calls Count – Number of currently ongoing campaign calls.

  • Scheduled Calls Count – Number of currently scheduled campaign calls.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

  • Campaign – Allows you to select from a list of campaigns.

  • Campaign Group – Allows you to select from a list of campaign groups.

  • Queue – Allows you to select from a list of queue names.
