Call Variables

Calculates the number of text occurrences in a Call Variable using the Termination_Call_Detail table. This is a Termination Call Detail calculation. This calculation requires the Enable Termination Call Detail connector setting to be enabled.

Columns

• Call Variable Value – The Call Variable text.

• Count – The number of occurrences.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

• Call Variable – Allows you to select from a list of Call Variables. This parameter has to contain exactly one value.
