Precision Queue Statistics TCD

Calculates statistics for Precision Queues using the Termination_Call_Detail table. This is a Termination Call Detail calculation. This calculation requires the Enable Termination Call Detail connector setting to be enabled.

Columns

  • Calls Abandon Rate – The percentage of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently abandoned.

  • Calls Abandoned – The number of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently abandoned.

  • Calls Abandoned Short – The number of calls assigned to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently abandoned, configured as short calls.

  • Calls Handle Rate – The percentage of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently handled.

  • Calls Handled – The number of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently handled.

  • Calls Offered – The number of calls routed to the Precision Queue.

  • Calls Queue Time – The total time calls spent waiting in the Precision Queue.

  • Precision Queue Id – The ID of the Precision Queue.

  • Precision Queue Name – The name of the Precision Queue.
