Precision Queue Statistics TCD¶
Calculates statistics for Precision Queues using the Termination_Call_Detail table.
Columns¶
Calls Abandon Rate – The percentage of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently abandoned.
Calls Abandoned – The number of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently abandoned.
Calls Abandoned Short – The number of calls assigned to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently abandoned, configured as short calls.
Calls Handle Rate – The percentage of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently handled.
Calls Handled – The number of calls routed to the Precision Queue, which were subsequently handled.
Calls Offered – The number of calls routed to the Precision Queue.
Calls Queue Time – The total time calls spent waiting in the Precision Queue.
Precision Queue Id – The ID of the Precision Queue.
Precision Queue Name – The name of the Precision Queue.
