Dialer Statistics RT¶
Calculates real-time statistics for Dialers.
Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:
Dialers – Allows you to select from a list of Dialer names.
Calls Abandoned¶
Displays the number of calls abandoned by customers.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls Abandoned To IVR Half¶
Displays the number of calls in the current half hour period that detected an answering machine.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls Agent Closed Half¶
Displays the number of preview/callback calls that were closed by an agent in the current half hour period.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls Agent Rejected Half¶
Displays the number of preview/callback calls that were rejected by an agent in the current half hour period.

Calls Attempted¶
Displays the number of attempted calls.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls Callback¶
Displays the number of records scheduled for a callback today.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls Cancelled Half¶
Displays the number of calls in the current half hour period that were dropped while ringing the customer’s phone.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls Customer Abandon Half¶
Displays the number of calls in the current half-hour period where the customer hung-up immediately after picking up the phone.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls No Answer¶
Displays the number of calls that were not answered.
Parameters: Dialers
Calls No Ring Back Half¶
Displays the number of calls in the current half hour period that did not receive a ring-back tone, that were disconnected by the carrier or the network while ringing, or that were flagged with a data error or a no-value call.

Calls Personal Callback¶
Displays the number of calls where the customer requested a personal callback.
