Precision Queue Statistics RT

Calculates real-time statistics for Precision Queues.

Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:

  • Precision Queues – Allows you to select from a list of Precision Queue names.


Agents Busy Other

Displays the number of agents currently in the Busy Other state.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Agents Logged In

Displays the number of agents currently logged in.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Agents Not Ready

Displays the number of agents currently in a Not Ready state.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Agents On Hold

Displays the number of agents currently in the Calls On Hold state. The agents must have all active calls on hold.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Agents Ready

Displays the number of agents currently in the Ready state.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Agents Talking

Displays the number of agents currently in the Talking state.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Agents Work Not Ready

Displays the number of agents currently performing wrap up for a call in the Not Ready state.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Agents Work Ready

Displays the number of agents currently performing wrap up for a call in the Ready state.

Calls Answered To 5

Displays the number of answered calls routed to the Precision Queue in the last 5 minutes.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Calls Average Speed Of Answer To 5

Displays the average answer wait time of calls routed to the Precision Queue in the last 5 minutes.

Calls In Queue

Displays the number of calls currently waiting in the Precision Queue.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Calls Longest Waiting

Displays the queue time of the longest waiting call in the Precision Queue.

Parameters: Precision Queues


Calls Offered To 5

Displays the number of calls routed to the Precision Queue in the last 5 minutes.
