Inbound Campaign Chat¶
Displays data for the inbound campaign chat metrics.
Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:
Campaigns – Allows you to select from a list of Campaigns.
Abandoned¶
Returns the number of inbound campaign chats abandoned before being answered by agents.

Closed¶
Returns the number of inbound campaign chats closed by agents.

Returns the number of inbound campaign chats closed by agents in Preview mode.
