Inbound Campaign

Displays data for the inbound campaign metrics.

Depending on the KPI Function, the following parameters may be used:

  • Campaigns – Allows you to select from a list of Campaigns.


Abandoned

Returns the number of inbound campaign calls abandoned by the caller before being answered by an agent.
