Dialer Statistics¶
Calculates statistics for dialers.
Columns¶
Active – The number of active calls (processed by a dialer).
Callback – The number of records marked for callback.
Closed – The number of closed records.
Max Calls – The number of records where the maximum number of attempts was reached.
Pending – The number of pending calls (waiting to be processed by a dialer).
Queue Id – The ID of the queue.
Queue Name – The name of the queue.
Retries With Delay – The number of calls which will be redialed after a set time (configured on Uccx).
Retry – The number of calls redialed immediately whenever there is a miss.
Unknown – The number of records with an unknown status.
Calculation Parameters¶
The Grid function has these optional parameters:
Queue Groups – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue group names.
Queues – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue names.
Sliding Interval In Minutes – This parameter represents the last X minutes the grid values are calculated for.
