Dialer Statistics

Calculates statistics for dialers.

Columns

  • Active – The number of active calls (processed by a dialer).

  • Callback – The number of records marked for callback.

  • Closed – The number of closed records.

  • Max Calls – The number of records where the maximum number of attempts was reached.

  • Pending – The number of pending calls (waiting to be processed by a dialer).

  • Queue Id – The ID of the queue.

  • Queue Name – The name of the queue.

  • Retries With Delay – The number of calls which will be redialed after a set time (configured on Uccx).

  • Retry – The number of calls redialed immediately whenever there is a miss.

  • Unknown – The number of records with an unknown status.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

  • Queue Groups – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue group names.

  • Queues – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue names.

  • Sliding Interval In Minutes – This parameter represents the last X minutes the grid values are calculated for. This parameter represents the last X minutes the grid values are calculated for.
