Repetitive Calls

Calculates repetitive calls.

Columns

• Caller Id – The phone number of customers who call.

• Calls Repetitive – The number of calls that are repeated.

• Occurrences – The number of occurrences of calls per Caller ID.

• Queued Calls – The number of occurencces of calls which was queued.
