Queue Real Time

Calculates real-time statistics for queues.

Columns

  • Agents Logged In – The number of agents currently logged in for emails.

  • Agents Not Ready – The number of agents currently in a Not Ready state.

  • Agents Ready – The number of agents currently in the Ready state.

  • Agents Reserved – The number of agents currently in the Reserved state.

  • Agents Talking – The number of agents currently in the Talking state.

  • Agents Work – The number of agents currently performing wrap-up.

  • Calls In Queue – The number of calls currently waiting in a queue.

  • Calls Longest Waiting – The time of the longest waiting call in a queue.

  • Queue Id – The ID of the queue.

  • Queue Name – The name of the queue.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

  • Queue Groups – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue group names.

  • Queues – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue names.
