Queue Repetitive Calls

Calculates repetitive calls per-queue.

Columns

  • Calls Offered – The total inbound number of calls in the queue.

  • Queue Id – The ID of the queue.

  • Queue Name – The name of the queue.

  • Repeat Call Percentage – The percentage of calls that are repetitive.

  • Repetitive Count – The number of calls that are repeated.

  • Unique Numbers – The number of unique phone numbers.

Calculation Parameters

The Grid function has these optional parameters:

  • Queue Groups – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue group names.

  • Queues – Allows you to select from a list of Contact Service Queue names.
