Time picker

Time picker is used to select specific time of the day. User cannot write directly into the field. Chosen value can be changed in the dialog which opens up by clicking anywhere in the field. Time is chosen by clicking any hour in the dialog’s clock which closes the dialog automatically.

Clock in the picker’s dialog is localized based on the selected tool’s language.
